Thank Those Who Give Us A Choice

I would like to take a moment to say “Thank You” to all of the candidates who ran in both the Democratic and Republican primaries. Having a choice is what democracy is all about and without these people we would have none. I would like to congratulate the winners of our contested county elections. Joe Jaworski, Freddie Poor, Stephen Holmes, Joyce Vail and William Comeaux were the winners from the Democratic Party. J. L. (Bubba) Campbell from the Republican Party. I encourage everyone to follow the candidates leading up to the general elections in November.
